The support form isn't connected to an inbox yet. In the meantime, if you ran into a tracking issue during Recite, use Report a tracking issue from the Recite panel — that report reaches the team directly.
Delete your account or data
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the form above. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what's stored and why.
Report a tracking problem
Reported from inside a Recite session (or its summary once you've finished) — not from this page, since a report needs that session's own timing data. A report contains only relative timestamps, word-position numbers and tracking states — never audio, a transcript, or the recognised text. See the Help centre for exactly how.
Frequently asked
Do I need an account?
No, not to read or listen. Signing in with Google is only required for Recite, Review, and syncing your position across devices.
Is my recitation recorded or stored?
No. While you recite, audio is streamed to the transcription service in real time, used to figure out which words you said, and discarded the moment the session ends. Nothing is written to disk.
Is Atqin free?
Yes — Atqin is free to use today. There is no payment processor and nothing that can move money.
How accurate is the pronunciation/tajweed feedback?
Atqin gives factual, evidence-based feedback on which words matched, based on automatic speech recognition — it can miss a real mistake or flag a correct recitation as uncertain. Deeper tajweed/makhraj analysis is an active research direction, not a shipped, certified feature.
